- Specific services they offer.
- Fee schedules, if and when appropriate.
- Criteria for eligibility.
- Application process.
- Availability of transportation.
- Discuss integration of these resources into a plan of care.
- Discuss potential advantages and disadvantages for vulnerable populations in seeking these resources.
