For this assignment, you will select a service or product in your organization or an organization of your choice, and write a paper discussing the process management activities that are involved.
In your paper,
- Evaluate the effectiveness of process management in your organization.
- Suggest potential improvements to improve process management within your organization.
- Describe the specific steps in the process and their sequence.
- Provide a map of the process and the sequenced steps, along with standard operating procedures and work instructions.
The Recommendations for Improvement paper
- Must be three double-spaced pages in length (not including title and references pages) and formatted according to APA Style (Links to an external site.) as outlined in the Writing Center’s APA Formatting for Microsoft Word (Links to an external site.) resource.
- Must include a separate title page or slide with the following:
- Title of paper in bold font
- Space should be between title and the rest of the information on the title page
- Student’s name
- Name of institution (University of Arizona Global Campus)
- Course name and number
- Instructor’s name
- Due date
- Title of paper in bold font

- Must include an introduction and conclusion paragraph. Your introduction paragraph needs to end with a clear thesis statement that indicates the purpose of your paper.
