Considering all (not just electrical) hazards in your work environment (Hospital Environment), identify 3 low frequency/high consequence risks. 2) Describe how safety management emphasis is allocated to each. Compare this emphasis to that allocated for higher frequency injuries. 3) Assess if allocation of mitigation effort is based more or less on frequency or severity of mishap consequences. 4) Discuss at least one Prevention through Design opportunity to reduce the likelihood of serious injury or fatality from the risks identified in Part 1.
