In my weekly practicum journal, I focused on the health and well-being of children aged 4 to 5 years in the prekcare program in the Cumming, GA community. Throughout my journal entries, I aimed to connect my experiences to the South University College of Nursing Conceptual Framework Pillars, which include caring, communication, critical thinking, professionalism, and holism.
